Olympus Fashion Week Begins Sept. 8-16, 2006...can't wait..!
*60s Model: Donyale Luna-The Press (DiPress), Buyers and Stylist will once again flock into the dungeons of Bryant Park to await our American Designers vision of Spring 2007. Well. The Question is? Will we have seen it "ALL" before, once again? Personally. Fashion has pinacled itself to a sort of stalemate. Fashion has lost alot of it's "freshness" it once had. We certainly have enough designers out there trying to make an effort to change that. But. It just ain't cuttin' it for me. Still. I do like what the West Coast Designers alot. They seem to be coming up with more so than just the usual 7th Ave. garb. All in all. We are still light years ahead of European style. Which to me got burried with Channel decades ago. It is for that reason I think so many European Designers love working in this country. The US does offer a certain innocence in its approach to good, practical dressing of the masses. Yet. I must also say that British Designers continue to be very cutting edge with their sense of style. So. Brace yourself everyone. Keep your fingers cross and hope that American ingenuity and it's handling of style, funk and savvy, will prevail at the next showing at Olympus Fashion Week. See ya' there lovelies.

I agree to you that fashion has lost a lot of it's "freshness". What designers do now is they only bring back the old fashion styles and just add something different.

Its summer so i got my strappy shoes and fancy flip flops in closet.If you are fashion conscious then you just can't fathom the thought of being watched by a lot of eyes in a party. Snobbishness in fashion have increased a lot in American fashions.i think instead of your fashion salads its better to go with one reliable brand.i am a die-heart lover of Olympus fashion and expecting to be there in 2010.

I can't wait for the festival. I hope they'll make a presentation of wigs, long wigs as well, because I'm really interested into getting as many as possible. Now all the VIP's are wearing wigs.

Every body understands that modern life is expensive, but different people require cash for various things and not every person gets enough cash. So to get some business loans and just consolidation loans will be good way out.
