The always surprising to see, Isabella Blow passed away last week from what is believed to have been ovarian cancer. I am sure not only her fans but some of our recent talent will surely miss her. Isabella help launch careers of several top models and designers. Like Anna Piaggi, Isabella always stopped traffic, to say the least. It was mostly because of those lovely Phillip Tracy hats that adorned her lovely head. She leaves a husband, Detmar Blow who shared the news with the press about the loss of his wife. Isabella Blow was supposedly disinherited by her family, years ago prior to heading to New York. In the early 80's she attended university, temporarily, whilts embarking on her editorial career working under the watchful eye of Anna Wintour of Vogue. The fashion industry, no doubt, will miss her very much.
